How can I gain muscle swimming?
I pretty much swim 4500 - 9000m a day, and am losing weight hurried, but I somehow want to take advantage of this and gain muscle while losing the tubby. I would train hard, get super skinny and ripped but climax up much, much smaller.
I think it is more ideal to be carrying more muscle for swimming for better performing. Any tips to help improve muscle mass while doing so much cardio?
Answers: A good protein shake will present you 52-60 grams of pure muscle-building fuel. I drink one before every work out.
Steer clear of protein shakes and creatine powders. They are designed to comfort you gain more calories not specifically muscle! Your better of eating a reasonable sized breakfast time. So that is nonsense! I swam a great deal when I was in glorious school and have a quite defined torso because of that but that was from years of swimming. I takes some time to build up muscle and I infer if you keep at it you will see more definition in your muscles and next they will start to build or get bigger. Also eat plenty to compensate for your calorie burning. Then you will stop loosing consignment and build on what you have. Mostly girls prefer athletic to well built. So I'd voice keep doing what your doing your body will look fantastic If it doesn't already.
