i am 22yr old feminine..i weight 59kg, i want to cm down to 55kgs in ramzan

i am going to follow this routine & diet..


1 HR BEFORE SEHER
(a)3.00am:-green tea n lots of water
(a)3:30am:- 30min cardio(moderate brisk stroll on treadmill)
AT SEHER
(a)4:00am:- green tea, 1 glass mixed fruitjuice (real active), 1/2 banana, 1 whole egg, 1/2 cup oats(30gm0 near cumin n cinamon, +[1date(optional)]

1 HR BEFORE IFTAR
(a)6:00pm:- 30min cardio(on eleptical trainer) or 10 min sprinting b4 ifrar
AT IFTAR
(a)7.00am:- green tea, 3dates, 4-5 slice of fruites, 1glass butter milk or lassi with roohapsa, 4 almonds
(a)8:00pm:- 30min on tread mill
(a)9:00pm:- 1 plate chicken haleem(with out ghee)

after 8 rakat tarawi-1 glass butter milk (or skim milk beside 1 scoop protien powder)
aftr taravi:- 2eggwhites
then 10-15 mins mass training(abs exercise)

SHALL I STICK TO THIS ROUTINE? OR DO I NEED TO MK SM CHANGES IN MY DIET & EXERCISE PLAN??

** So far I have lost 55 lbs. doing this within 3 years. Eat six mini meals a day. Exercise and past every meal, drink two tall goggles of water, (about 16 oz.) this will fill you up and you will automatically chomp through less. This really works, so be patient. Good Luck to you
